I had engaged Paul Sy on Dec. 17, 2023 to inquire about listing my townhouse in Calgary for sale. Mr. Sy had provided initial feedback on the current market conditions which was attractive to sell my property. He made time to do a walkthrough of the property that evening to inspect the current condition. Given that everything was up to standard, he started the process of providing fulsome information on next steps and what he needed to do to prepare it for the market. There were several nuances which he took it upon himself to help solve, which was truly appreciated. He executed all the necessary procedures with speed and was sold in 2 days on the market. He even provided his recommendations on offers and what would work best in terms of closing conditions and probability to close, helping me assess certain risks.
